Getting around. Come ride the MINO Line with MINO on this Seoul subway adventure, part of a new series on VisitSeoul TV! 𝗕𝘂𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 The Seoul Metro uses tickets that come in the form of returnable cards. TIP💡: Purchasing a T-Money card not only makes your getting around easier but allows you to transfer freely between subway lines and also while transferring modes of transportation. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮. 𝗦𝗲𝗼𝘂𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 The gates serve as entryways to the subway platforms and are located on some transfer routes. TIP💡: Also, note that the Hongik University Station provides easy access to and from the Incheon International Airport via the AREX Line! 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯. 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 The Seoul Metro is the eighth longest subway system in the world. When using the subway, by sure to look out for the maps conveniently placed throughout the platform areas and in the subway train themselves. TIP💡: The maps indicate both the route of the subway and platform numbers where transfers can be made more conveniently. And don’t forget the free Wi-Fi! :) ※ If you happen to use the wrong gate up entry, you can go switch sides free of charge! 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰. 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁 You can return your card to receive the 500 won deposit when you’ve arrived at your destination. Any other tips or helpful info come to mind?
